Advanced Training Group

High school and invite-only advanced middle schoolers. 

Age range: 14-17

Professional-level coaching, consistent high-level training, and a program that takes your overall skills, explosiveness, and leadership to the next level. These sessions are for all older players looking to rapidly grow their indoor & beach game.

Private Groups

Made for all players. Any age range.

1-on-1 through 6-on-1private lessons. Limited to coaching staff availability outside of the regular session calendar. Bring yourself or your own group for a maximum impact skills and feedback session. Typically 60-90 min.

Skills Practices

Intermediate/Advanced level players. 

Age range: 12-15

You play another sport: full time indoor club volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, or swimming; and you want beach to work with your schedule, not against it. Still high level training but flexible offerings. Skills Practice is built exactly for you.
