What a Skills Practice Looks Like

  • 3–5 sessions per week, depending on the season

  • Coed format — boys and girls of similar age and skill training together, pushing each other in ways single-gender sessions can't.

  • Small group sizes only, personalized attention and feedback

  • Session plans are personally crafted by Casey Jennings and Ryan Shaw: every session is tailored based on the attendance list of the specific players attending that day

  • High-energy, focused reps in an environment that's competitive and fun

  • Flexible scheduling — no mandatory days, no consequences for missing, pick your own schedule​​
